Scott Findley

Mr. Scott Findley brings 20 years of in-depth experience in the Quality Assurance (QA), Business Process Improvement, and standardization disciplines to AC Gen2.  During his career, he has led numerous programs that significantly improved the efficiency and quality of business processes and procedures in private industry and military and civilian Government organizations. Mr. Findley began his career in the management improvement field as a quality assurance representative, quickly establishing customer improvement programs, quality assurance visits, a Project Management Office (PMO) and a Change Control Board (CCB) for various organizations.   His experience in QA enabled him to identify and implement continual improvement projects and state-of-the-art standards to improve results and maximize efficiencies. He has held increasingly responsible positions, ultimately becoming a Quality Assurance Manager for such clients as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Pentagon’s Joint Service Provider.  With his extensive experience in standardization, coupled with his comprehensive knowledge in Information Technology, Mr. Findley has managed several projects in which private industry organizations attained their CMMI and ISO 9001, 20000 and 27001 accreditations.
